Just wondering whether you have had a look at Pennine Petroleum (PNN.V). It’s a petroleum tiddler which has some heavy weights behind it with a proven track record in the Albanian oil industry. The CEO was CEO of Bankers Petroleum a company which he took to a $0.57 billion buyout by Geo Jade.
The Bankers Petroleum management team are now the brains behind Pennine. They have already secured a highly prospective plot in Albania (Velca Block) and are due to have a Production Sharing Agreement signed with the government any day now. Its current market cap is circa $7m ($ 0.05 cents) but won’t remain at these levels once the agreement is announced. This is a bet on the management team, the highly prospective nature of the block they have secured and the fact that nobody seems to have jumped on this yet. I can see this as a definite 10 bagger and one for the retirement fund.
