Genesis Metals arranges $3.2-million private placement
Podcast sponsor Genesis Metals has arranged a $3.2 million private placement to attack their 100% owned Chevrier gold deposit located 35 kilometers southwest of Chibougamau, Que. The project is located along the Fancamp deformation zone, 15 kilometers northeast of the high-grade Monster Lake gold discovery. The money will be used to expand their existing gold resource and to perform exploratory drilling. It will be interesting to see who is participating in the placement. Increased attention is coming to Genesis as evidenced by the uptick in trading volume as the drills begin turning this summer.
West Red Lake announced drilling to start next week
